A higher plan activates on payment, with a prorated credit for the days left on the current plan.
For a lower plan or to go back to Free, you choose the jobs that stay live and the members who keep their access. The others are paused or deactivated at the end of the period, never deleted.
You can undo this change until the end of the period.
